BEATS & BREATH: CAREGIVER CONNECT
Enduring Hearts and Transplant Families have created a community for all caregivers to meet and discuss different topics related to pediatric heart transplants. This environment was created to help caregivers connect over success stories, stress stories, the day-to-day journey and getting all heart transplant related questions answered. Each session is moderated by a licensed clinical social worker.
On the second Tuesday of each month, our organizations, will co-host “Beats and Breathe” connect hour for caregivers of children who are waiting or have received a heart or lung transplant. A licensed clinical social worker will help moderate conversation.
