At Enduring Hearts, together with Transplant Families, we've established a dedicated community for all caregivers, offering a safe space to connect, share experiences, and explore various topics related to pediatric heart transplants.
Caregiver Connect serves as a nurturing environment crafted to foster connections among caregivers, providing a platform to discuss success stories, moments of stress, the day-to-day journey, and the opportunity to have all heart transplant-related queries addressed. Each session is thoughtfully moderated by a licensed clinical social worker, ensuring a supportive and informative atmosphere. Mark your calendars for the second Tuesday of each month (5pm CST/ 8pm EST) as Enduring Hearts collaborates with nonprofit organization, Transplant Families, for this connect session This special session is tailored for caregivers of children who are awaiting or have undergone a transplant.
To become a part of this caring community, caregivers are invited to sign up through a secure process. To ensure the safety and privacy of our caregivers, individuals are vetted through their child's social worker. Upon verification, a link will be sent the day before the scheduled session, granting access exclusively to verified caregivers.
